Able AI Consumer is the overall term for our products which are offered to the general public only. Through one portal, we want to offer users the ability to purchase products, goods, book services, check accessibility facilities at locations, or buildings etc. Our service is available on a variety of communication channels such as Skype, Facebook Messenger, Twitter, Text SMS, Voice based services e.g.: Google Assistant…making it as easy as possible to use and benefit from. You can even start a request, discussion or chat with one channel and continue it later, on another channel!
The ability to use voice services is a huge benefit for some elderly people or visually impaired users, who may not be particularly familiar with technology. We can customise your preferred communication platform to enable you to access Able AI’s services.
How do Able AI customers use the service?
Users are required to complete a one-time only registration, so no more having to complete your details lots of times – this includes creating a highly personalised access, mobility and communication profile, which is stored by Able AI’s secure server. The client controls all access and sharing of their profile. Able AI, without a client’s authorisation, will not amend, or share a profile. When a request from the client is initiated, after receiving authorisation, Able AI will securely share their fully encrypted profile, with the service provider. The business will book and confirm a client’s request for service. When using Abe AI, you can be assured that the provider is aware of your specific needs, and look to align with them. e.g. hotel reservation, flights, train reservation, taxi etc will be fully aware and ready to support you.
Able AI Consumer Plus:
Able AI Consumer Plus is a mobile help point in the palm of your hand. You can use it to locate services and find out accessibility information at your destination and is the overall term for our services that use bot and AI technology. They are utilised by our Able AI Consumer Users, via a variety of communication channels such as Skype, Facebook Messenger, Twitter, Text SMS Messaging or others. In addition, users will also be able to call Able AI Consumer Plus by phone, routed to our AI Bot system and will hear a voice answering their questions. This is huge for some elderly people or visually impaired users, for example, who may not be particularly familiar with technology.
This technology becomes the ‘One stop Shop’ for accessibility for people with disabilities when interacting with service providers across multiple sectors, including transport, accessible Taxis, access to health services, accessible hotels, retail, leisure and access to local authority services.
