Accessible entrances at the Shopping Centre
Roe Street – lower level entrance leads through to New Charlotte Street.
The entrance has double automatic doors which are accessible for both wheelchairs and mobility scooters. The doors open outwards.

Roe Street – Upper Level leading through to St George’s Way
The entrance has double automatic doors which are accessible for both wheelchairs and mobility scooters. The doors open outwards.

Houghton Street – lower level entrance leads through to Houghton Way
The entrance has double automatic doors which are accessible for both wheelchairs and mobility scooters. The doors open outwards.
Stairs Entrance
This entrance is not accessible for wheelchair users or mobility scooters. There is an entrance to the right of the steps that is accessible. The entrance has double automatic doors. The doors open outwards.

Wheelchair accessible Entrance
The entrance has double automatic doors which are accessible for both wheelchairs and mobility scooters. The doors open outwards.

Elliot Street – lower level entrance leads through to St. Johns Way
The entrance has two sets of double automatic doors which are accessible for both wheelchairs and mobility scooters. The doors open outwards.

Elliot Street – Upper level entrance leads through to Charlotte Way
The entrance has two sets of double automatic doors which are accessible for both wheelchairs and mobility scooters. The doors open outwards.

Lime St – lower level entrance leads through to Market way

Brythen St – lower level entrance
This entrance has escalators and stairs and is not wheelchair accessible.

Lifts
Car park lifts
Access to the shopping centre for wheelchair users is by the lift through the manual fire door near the designated disabled parking bays. Inside the Shopping Centre the lifts to the Car Park are located on New Charlotte Street on the Lower level and at the end of Market Square on the Upper level. The lift is accessible for wheelchairs but is slightly smaller than the other lift found in the Shopping Centre. The lift buttons are at an accessible height.

Lifts To Upper/Lower level of Mall
The Upper Mall is accessible for wheelchair users by the lift located at the end of Dawson Way on the Lower level and at the end of St. George’s Way on the Upper level. The lift is accessible for wheelchairs and mobility scooters. The buttons are at an accessible height.
Accessible toilets
An accessible toilet is located near the Food Court. The toilet has handrails and a sink that is suitable for wheelchair users. The door is locked and can be opened using a Radar key. Radar Keys are for sale at Shopmobility which is situated on the ground floor of St Johns Shopping Centre, next to Poundland, overlooking Queens Square Bus Station.

Accessible Parking
There are 21 disabled parking bays available on level 1A of the St Johns car park. Access to the shops for wheelchairs and prams is located by the lifts on levels 1A, 2A and 3A to avoid access by stairs on the other levels.

Car Park Barrier
When you drive up the ramp at the entrance of the Car Park, there is a ticket barrier that you need to reach out to collect your parking ticket.

Shopmobility
Liverpool Shopmobility is situated on the ground floor of St Johns Shopping Centre, next to Poundland outside the external entrance, overlooking Queens Square Bus Station.
